- S.R. Hirsch's Holy Holy Holy Torah HashkafahI purchased the set before Pesach and have read the essays on Pesach and Shavuos. I cannot believe the incredible godlus of Rav Hirsch's hashkafah. It is a life changing experience reading the Rav's Holy Torah. To me, Rav Hirsch ZTZAL is one of the greatest Rebbe's. What you say? He was not a Chassid? Not true. He was the one of the greatest inspiring Rebbe's since Moshe Rabbenu himself received the Torah and began teaching Am Yisrael. Rav Hirsch's translated English Torah is to be compared to a clearly accessable and straightforward Pachad Yitzchak. I believe Rav Hirsch's Torah could re-energize our troubled Jewish Community and lead it to a new Golden Age if only it was widely learned and lived. It has changed my life. Thank you Mishpachat Feldheim for publishing this and the other volumes of the Hirsch Collection. Now after so many years I finally understand HaShem, the Gadlus of the Torah and Israel's mission. Our Yeshivos have almost totally failed us for not teaching what Rav Hirsch so clearly teaches. Prior to learning Rav Hirsch's Commentary to the Siddur, the Nineteen Letters and Dayan Gruenfeld's incredible Introduction to Horeb, all I had was Torah Learning without a framework. Take my advice and learn Rav Hirsch. I finally have a Rebbe.
