Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the book. Books must be in their original condition. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. You must contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item, via email to returns@feldheim.com.

Pack the books in an appropriate box, adequately padded with paper or packing material to avoid damage in shipping. Enclose a copy of your original packing slip/invoice (if not available, include a note with the web order #) and your contact information. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Returning Gifts:

We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange your gift, or issue a gift certificate for the amount of the items being returned to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. We cannot refund cash for returned gifts. Contact us for a Return Authorization, as above.

NY State Sales Tax

In accordance with applicable state law, we are required to collect sales tax in New York State. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. The exact sales tax will appear on your invoice and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is shipped.

No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates. However, purchases paid for with Gift Certificates will be charged sales tax where required.

• Shipping to USA:
  USPS Media Mail: (4 - 14 Business Days) $2.95 per order --- FREE over $25
  UPS (mainland USA): (2-7 business days)
              Orders up to $25.00 --- $5.95 per order
              Orders $25.01 and up --- $3.95 per order
  
  (UPS available only to mainland USA. Postal service Priority Mail will be used for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at the above rates)
P.O.Boxes are accepted and can be shipped to via Media Mail only.


• Shipping to the rest of the world:
  Foreign orders will ship via US Postal Global Priority Mail and will usually process within 1-2 business days. Theoretical delivery time could be 10 business days after that, but actual time can vary greatly depending on local Customs and delivery situations within the destination country. Presume an average 2-4 weeks time. We will charge your credit card at the rates listed below at the time the order is packed.
  
  Please note: Your package may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country. You will be responsible for any customs or clearance charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
