- telling it like it really isI thoroughly enjoyed this work even though I did not necessarily agree with all of his conclusions. It is witty but serious and quite thought provoking; tackles head on the issues that most people are afraid to deal with - including an excellent essay on Zionism and an even better one on earning vs. learning. Landesman has the courage to write the things that most of us think and for this alone he should be commended. The book is also well written - a rarity in most contemporary Jewish literature. Well worth the purchase price.
