This is a great book for those who want to understand from a medical point of view how the Torah's view health really works. My eating habits have been transformed and I feel so much better. My goal was not to lose weight, although a person can lose A LOT of weight just by eating AND DRINKING correctly. My goal was to raise my level of concern and care for my body and I the book has given me the tools and motivation to do so. HIGHLY recommended
