This is an easy read and I enjoyed having the comparisons of archeological finds versus biblical texts in one place
I went to Ohr Yerushalayim where R'Landy teaches. He is a big talmud chacham and really knows his history. He was in charge of our tiyulim. I bought it and I really enjoy it. But you have to already have an appreciation for Jewish History. if you do its great.
