I bought this sefer as soon as it came out. With the unparalleled clarity that Rav Sacks imbues in his works, this sefer was an incredicle hochono for the seder. Weaving the shittos of the Rishonim and Achronim, Rav Sacks, and his capable translator Zev Weiner, did a superb job at taking wholly abstract concepts and making them understood by the hamon am. You would be hard pressed to find a similar display of lomdus in the English language. I intend to consult it year round due to the universal themes that Rav Sacks touches upon (Zechiras Yetzias Mitzrayim, Chiyuv Hadlaka, Kibud v'Oneg Shabbos v'Yom Tov, etc).
