I very much enjoyed this book. I am not a seamstress and always shy away from buying clothes that need alterations. Seams & Souls changed my outlook. I was a bit afraid that the approach would be "tznius and looking good or incompatible." On the contrary, the author mentions numerous times that an alteration must be done a certain way to look good - or to not even attempt it because it won't work with the overall "look." The artwork is beautiful and adds so much to the directions. I give this my highest recommendation.

This book inspired me to fix the clothes that I was keeping in my closet, but couldn't wear due to tznius issues. It didn't take long either! I was so happy to finally be able to wear these things!
