What I really like about this book is the nutritional information. Even if one doesn't have diabetes-the nutritional information makes it easy to use in any eating plan for life! Great for Weight Watchers. Learned a lot of hints, and the best is that I had some questions and I contacted her and SHE CALLED ME BACK!!! Wow-that is someone who is proud of the product.

As a young (50) diabetic who loves to cook, I find this book invaluable. Vegetables never tasted so good. The recipes are interesting & modern & the nutrition information is very clear & helpful. These recipes are truly light but delicious & enjoyed by my non-diabetic family. Unlike recipes from other cookbooks that are only good when eaten immediately, these work well for Shabbos.

I recommended it already to quite a few friends, even non diabetics and they loved it!
Yasher Kochach for the fabulous job! I made the cabbage latkes a few weeks ago and it was a good choice!
